In his spare time, Ânderson is a skydiving instructor, scuba diver master trainer, Ocean Quest & Project AWARE instructor, coral gardner, and spero.

He is the co-creator of Peleia, a table game derived from Stratego; editor of Pedro Pirata and Ilha dos Ninjas, children’s books; co-author, alongside his 8-y.o. nephew, of Capitão Théo, a children’s book; and the author of Coddiwomple, a collection of haikulikes.
